Stefano Vizioli holds a diploma in pianoforte summa cum laude from the Conservatorio ‘San Pietro a Majella’ in Naples, and is a renowned opera director with a career spanning over thirty years.

He has worked with conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Claudio Abbado, Bruno Bartoletti, Michele Mariotti, Daniele Gatti and Ottavio Dantone, and has created productions all over the world, from La Scala in Milan to the Lyric Opera in Chicago, from La Fenice in Venice to the NCPA in Beijing to the Colon of Buenos Aires...
